B&Q Designate Trading Team Manager based at Larkfield store with travel to other stores in the area

Join us as a Trading Team Manager and you will be pivotal in driving commercial delivery of the sales floor and coaching colleagues to fulfil B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count.
We’re passionate about progression and committed to growing talent from within. As a B&Q designate manager, you’ll learn about our business, typically spend 3‑6 months working across a cluster of stores in the Larkfield area, receive management training, then be placed into your own department or store within 50 miles.
Role / Responsibilities
* Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end‑to‑end stock management, range change and promotions.
* Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
* Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count.
