Quality and Registry
The Quality Officer will sit within our Quality and Registry team, the University's administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions from governance and quality assurance through to student administration, marking, and assessment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Quality for Agents and Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the due diligence process and ongoing monitoring of recruitment agents across all modes of study at the University.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a high-quality student experience via recruitment agents by effectively managing University processes and standards across internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Quality Officer for Agents who has good attention to detail as well as excellent time management skills.
Essential requirements:
* Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
* Ability to handle a wide range of tasks related to administration, research, assessment, and analysis
* Good knowledge of quality assurance
* Good knowledge of national body guidance
* Understanding of UK regulatory requirements
