Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support according to individual support plans
* Assist with mobility, handling and personal care needs
* Offer positive behavioural support
* Expand the person’s social networks and connections
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure safety, wellbeing and the achievement of personal goals
Qualifications & Skills
* Ability to adapt communication style to build positive and enjoyable relationships
* Commitment to work with people through their personal support plans and celebrate their successes
* Positive and flexible outlook, able to work independently and as part of a team
* Transferable skills and values; no prior care experience required
