We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary School Receptionist at our client's school in Wandsworth. With an urgent start, this position requires you to have experience of working in a school office AND a current Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the update service.

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00 (30 mins lunch)
Responsibilities:
Support parents and colleagues with any inquiries they may have
Handle incoming phone calls and provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors
Open the front gate and accept deliveries with a smile
Assist with general administration tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
An individual with an Enhanced DBS on the update service to ensure a safe environment for students
Confidence and composure in a fast-paced and busy environment
Excellent communication skills to offer a consultative service to parents and colleagues alike
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Strong IT skills and experience using SIMS, Arbor and other relevant school systems
