Responsibilities

* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers to foster trust and rapport.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Experience
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
* Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be beneficial.
