Salary: Grade F. SCP 17 £31,022 - SCP 22 £33,699

Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Base Location: Tameside One, Market Place, Ashton under Lyne, OL6 6BH

Assessment Date: Interviews 7 October at Tameside One

About You

We’re looking for an Assistant HROD Business Partner to join our forward-thinking and supportive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of strategic workforce initiatives, HR policy, and organisational change programmes. You’ll be involved in shaping solutions that address real workforce challenges, improve service delivery, and enhance employee experience.

As part of your professional development, you’ll benefit from:

* The opportunity to undertake the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management supporting your progression into a confident and capable HROD professional.
