Playworks OT in Kilsyth, VIC is seeking an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 OT to join our small, collaborative team — where you can grow, lead, and make a real difference.

What You’ll Do
Deliver child-led, neuro-affirming, evidence-based assessment and therapy
Support children and young people (10–21 years) to build independence, confidence, and daily living skills
Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals
Manage a flexible, realistic caseload with admin and clinical support
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Working With Children Check (Victoria), driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Better Access registration
Experience with adolescents & young adults
NDIS reporting and progress-tracking experience
Group therapy, parent coaching, or telehealth
Supervision or mentoring experience (Level 3)
Interest in program development or quality improvement
