KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Applying high-quality finishes using primers, basecoats, metallics, and lacquers. Mixing 1K and 2K paints and preparing components with precision. Spraying components to meet high-volume production while maintaining top-tier quality. Setting up and adjusting spray gun settings for optimal performance. Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Following detailed process instructions to achieve a flawless finish every time. Collaborating with a supportive team to meet customer demands efficiently. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of experience in wet paint spraying, particularly in the automotive sector. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-end cosmetic finishes. Strong technical knowledge of various substrates and surface preparation techniques. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
