Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker

We are recruiting an Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker to support students facing barriers to learning. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, inclusive secondary school, assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to promote inclusion and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with additional needs to access the curriculum.
2. Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individual support plans.
3. Provide guidance and support to students to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
Candidate Profile:
4. Experience in an inclusion or youth work role within a secondary school setting.
5. Strong understanding of strategies to support students with additional needs.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
