C-Suite Finance EA required to support a CEO and CIO within a highly successful investment firm in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to work for the CEO and CIO of a highly successful investment firm which is rapidly growing. The role is looking after the EA to the CEO and CIO. Duties will include extensive diary management and international travel arrangements with travel several times a year to the US. You will organise ExCo meetings. co-ordinate the results of the bi-annual results and support roadshows liaising with C-Suite executives, brokers and investors. Responsibilities include coordinating appraisals, ad-hoc projects, and expenses management. The ideal candidate will have senior level C-Suite EA experience within financial or professional services. The role will be a minimum of four days in office and will offer 27 days holiday, BUPA, pension and income protection. The role offers and immediate start and a handover period with the current EA.
