The Role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and realising new contract opportunities with clients.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline into both existing and new business
Support pricing activities for the full-service offering
Strengthen existing cross function relationships to enable cross selling opportunities
Develop customer relationships & establish the business as a leading solution provider
Negotiate and close new projects/accounts
Support the broader marketing team in brand promotion
What You'll Need
As a Business Development Manager, you will be professional, motivated, customer focussed and have an untiring desire to meet targets. You will operate from our Nottingham office and be expected to visit customers' premises on a regular basis. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining valuable customer relationships.
As a Business Development Manager, You Will Have
Strong B2B sales background
Proven experience using strategic selling techniques
Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft office applications and tools
Work flexibly either under supervision or on own initiative as required
Excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills
Demonstrative experience of presenting at all levels of business
A Full UK Driving license and willingness to travel is essential for the role
