Join our dedicated team and you’ll be helping improve the health of everyone, everywhere, today and for generations to come where your team are responsible for capturing high quality images during the routine scanning and wide range of other clinical assessments of 100,000 people who have volunteered to participate in our revolutionary healthcare programme.
Can you do it?
Helping enable new possibilities in public health, you will have overall responsibility for the operational management of the data collection service within the Centre, ensuring the Centre makes its required contribution to the Study’s goals. Your role includes:
* Leading a team of dedicated professionals, accountable for their performance
* Facilitating the resolution of day-to-day issues, which could prevent the smooth running of the Centre
* Owning management processes and systems, developing a high performing culture and being a positive role model
* Ensuring participants have a positive experience of the Study and enhance the reputation of the Study
* Ensuring the Study protocol, underpinning standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality management system (QMS), are followed
* Contributing to the successful delivery of the Study as a member of the Imaging Senior Management Team
* Developing a continuous improvement culture
Is this 'you'?
Reporting to the Head of Imaging you will have experience of;
* Effective people management of teams up to 30 people.
* Working in a senior management role in a health care, scientific equivalent setting.
* Working in accordance of a robust quality management system.
* Managing a site or departmental budget.
* Manging for continuous improvement.
As well as;
* A University degree or professional qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to forge strong collaborative working relationships.
Working hours are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hybrid working is available. Located in Cheadle, Greater Manchester (with occasional travel to other sites).
