A Leading multinational consulting company is hiring a content designer to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will have the opportunity to do:
* Create clear, easy-to-understand content for different platforms and audiences
* Lead content design work, making sure it is user-focused and based on evidence
* Use data and user research to guide content decisions
* Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate
* Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, and other teams
* Understand user journeys and improve them through effective UX writing
* Present your work to internal teams and clients
* Continuously improve content using feedback, analytics, and best practices
* Ensure all content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards
About The Candidate
The right content designer will have
* Experience in a UX Writing or Content Design role, using user-centred design principles
* Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) design principles
* A strong advocate for user-centred design
* Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills xsngvjr
* Experience working with tone of voice guidelines, design patterns, and style guides
