* Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven previous experience managing a large, structured team in a high‑paced, high‑volume restaurant.
* Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and ensuring morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times.
* Confidence to go the extra mile.
* Love to wow guests with exceptional service.
* Excellent English language skills.
