Cirencester, Infrastructure – Full Time, Permanent
Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Infrastructure team in our Cirencester office and work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
We are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level due to recent Government Legislation changes. Therefore, we cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We do support colleagues at later stages in their career who require work-sponsored Visas.
Requirements
* HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering or a related subject (Geography, Maths, Engineering).
* A logical and analytical approach.
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box.
* Work experience in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
* Desire to work towards chartered or incorporated status with a relevant professional body such as ICE, CIHT, or CIWEM.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Infrastructure Engineer you will work closely with the Infrastructure team to produce designs, calculations and drawings for planning applications and construction projects across major sectors including residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments. You’ll support multiple clients simultaneously, delivering high‑quality advice and service while gaining exposure across a range of sectors.
