The Role:
As Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving daily content and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident with a phone in hand, quick at spotting a moment, and excited to produce snappy, social‑native content.
You’ll work closely with Social, Campaign and Brand teams to bring concepts to life, feed into planning discussions and ensure every piece of content aligns with wider marketing activity.
* Create, film and edit social-first content (TikTok, Reels & mobile‑first short form)
* Deliver social executions that support large-scale campaign activity
* Build and engage an online community through comments and conversations
* Manage content scheduling and handle day-to-day channel logistics
* Pull weekly performance data, identify trends and support test‑and‑learn cycles
* Monitor sentiment, spot emerging conversations and highlight potential risks
* Attend occasional on‑location shoots (some UK travel + occasional overnights)
* Support relationships with creators, ambassadors and industry figures
The Person:
- 1–3 years’ hands‑on social media experience
- A natural understanding of hooks, pacing and social storytelling
- Confident copywriting skills and adaptable tone of voice
- Comfortable reading and interpreting performance analytics
- Familiar with social management/listening tools (Sprout, Brandwatch, similar)
