Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Team Manager to support children, young people and families in the community in Norwich.
Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days minimum on-site, 2 days working from home.
Role snapshot
The candidate appointed will lead, develop and supervise an MDT team of 10 clinicians. Key responsibilities include:
* Lead, develop and supervise an MDT team of 10 clinicians.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders and ensure smooth running of operations.
* Provide support to children, young people and families aged 4–18 years experiencing social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
* Deliver parent‑led interventions and family‑based support.
* Support case management and fulfil designated safeguarding lead responsibilities.
* Contribute to service developments.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions, consultations and signposting referrals when required.
Contract & Working Hours
Contract type – permanent, full‑time. Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Salary – £42,600 FTE.
Experience required
Candidates must hold a relevant professional qualification and membership with a governing body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, NCPS, BAPT, HCPC or equivalent). They should be accredited or working towards accreditation, have a minimum of 2 years of experience working therapeutically with children and young people, managing a complex caseload, and possess experience leading and supervising within an MDT team.
