The company is seeking a Senior Operation Specialist to report to the Operations Manager. This role will involve being a part of the sales team, evaluating sales functions and objectives, managing existing customer relationships, and taking on additional responsibilities as client portfolios grow. Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with relevant industry experience. A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in supply chain roles such as planning, warehousing, or logistics. A solid grasp of supply chain operations and international logistics processes. Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal communication. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Chinese. Competence in using site computer systems and performing necessary data analysis. Preferably 5 years of experience in operations management. Job Responsibilities: Act as a liaison among Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Product Teams, etc., ensuring demand purchase orders (POs) and forecast accuracy by product. Develop demand forecasts and provide planning data to the production team. Manage and optimize inventory levels for various products to prevent overstock or shortages. Create and monitor orders, sourcing, and tracking customer and project requirements. Address delays and disruptions by escalating priority requirements to the factory and adjusting PO plans to meet customer timelines. Analyze backlog, current, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule operations. Review supply performance, focusing on cycle time, starts, and delivery accuracy. Provide input and recommendations to enhance supply performance and scheduling processes.
