Job Description
3. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
4. Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems.
6. Support in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
7. Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Liaise with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
10. Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
14. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
16. Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What's on Offer
17. An hourly rate of £14.50 to £15.38 + holiday pay of £2+ an hour, depending on experience.
18. 25 days of annual leave.
