Base salary: £30,000-£40,000 - OTE: £70,000-£85,000

Key responsibilities:
* Managing and expanding a profitable desk.

* Sourcing and converting candidates into placements.
* Developing new client relationships.

* Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
* Confident in commercial conversations.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
