As a Senior Controls Engineer, youâll play a key role in shaping advanced automation systems that keep the world moving. From design through to commissioning, youâll be hands-on across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
What youâll be doing:
* Translating project concepts into robust controls designs within budget and scope.
* Developing, configuring, and programming LLC controls applications (Siemens, Allen Bradley, FSC).
* Creating and implementing safety systems with Siemens S7-F, PILZ, and related platforms.
* Leading pre-commissioning and commissioning activities â I/O, MRT, testing and validation (FAT, SAT).
* Advising project leaders and integrating seamlessly with mechanical, high-level controls, and other engineering disciplines.
* Supporting integration with SCADA platforms (WinCC, WebFactory) and material handling equipment.
What youâll bring:
* Strong experience in controls engineering â from system design to commissioning.
* Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, FSC).
* Knowledge of SCADA systems and safety systems.
* An analytical, structured approach with a drive for precision and compliance.
* Previous exposure to large-scale material handling / automation projects is highly desirable.
