The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload, including: ✅ Wills & Estate Planning – Advising clients on drafting wills and planning for the future ✅ Probate & Estate Administration – Handling straightforward and complex estates ✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) & Court of Protection – Supporting clients with mental capacity matters ✅ Trusts & Taxation – Assisting with trust administration and inheritance tax planning ✅ Client Engagement & Networking – Building strong relationships within the local community What We're Looking For: ✔ Qualified Solicitor (4 years PQE) with solid experience in Private Client law ✔ Strong client care skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly ✔ A personable, empathetic approach – you enjoy working closely with individuals and families ✔ Some experience in business development or networking would be an advantage ✔ STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential Why Join This Firm?
