What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Leader
We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.
You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products we sell on the bar and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all, you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.
With a passion for hospitality, you will be able to supervise in a team-focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate, and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision-making skills.
Your Pub
The Mount is a popular local pub just on the outskirts of Chester City centre, tucked away in the attractive suburb of Boughton. This pub has outstanding views of the city of Chester, making this an ideal location for both regulars and passers-by. This site offers cask beer, lagers, wines, and spirits.
