Bank Resourcing Coordinator (Band 3/4)
Location: Harbour Yard, Imperial Wharf, Chelsea.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Bank Resourcing Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team in the HR department based at Harbour Yard. A key part of this role will also include managing the administrative processes for the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle while ensuring the recruitment process is as efficient as possible for candidates and managers. Excellent customer service skills are vital.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the recruitment service for both medical and dental staff and AFC within an allocated division.
* Provide medical administrative support to clinicians and line managers in relation to all medical staffing issues, including advisory services and pre‑employment procedures for junior doctors, SAS doctors and consultants.
* Establish and maintain strong communication and effective working relations with managers, consultants and junior doctors across divisions.
* Support the Senior Resourcing Advisor in ensuring the provision of high quality and timely recruitment service in accordance with agreed standards of practice, key performance indicators and portfolio of services.
* Hold responsibility for progressing the recruitment activity of an allocated division, tracking progress of jobs to ensure no delays, resolving and escalating issues to recruiting managers as necessary to provide a smooth process.
* Co‑ordinate recruitment campaign activities for the division such as ensuring on‑time delivery of short‑listing and interview packs to recruiting managers and communicating to applicants regarding application status.
* Implement recruitment campaigns including advert placement services, long‑listing, screening and assessment centre and selection centre support services.
* Liaise with the Health Education England / NHS England and Royal Colleges to ensure an effective consistent HR service is delivered to all Junior Doctors in Training under the 2016 contract.
* Conduct rotation administration including adding trainees to TRAC, sending junior doctors their work schedules and contracts of employment within timescales.
* Provide an advisory service to recruiting managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of activities and required actions for on‑time and successful campaign completion.
* Main contact for resourcing enquiries, especially those from the allocated division, and deal politely and efficiently with all enquiries, helping to resolve concerns early on and escalating where necessary.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience of working with high volumes in a fast‑paced role.
* Excellent computer skills and experience of working in an office‑based environment, ideally in HR or recruitment.
* Commitment to providing an excellent recruitment service to managers and applicants.
* Successful applicants will undergo a probation period of six months.
