The Role
As an IT Technology Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with both clients and candidates to facilitate perfect matches in the technology sector. You'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building lasting relationships with tech professionals and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in your specialist technology sector
7. Sourcing and screening top tech talent through various channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals
8. Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical capabilities and cultural fit
9. Managing contract negotiations and offer processes
10. Building and maintaining a strong network within Peterborough's tech community
11. Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
12. Becoming a trusted advisor in your chosen technical vertical
Required Skills & Experience
13. Proven recruitment experience within one or more of our specialist IT sectors
14. Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends in your area of expertise
15. Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
16. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
17. Result-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
18. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills
19. Technical background or understanding of software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure
20. Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
21. Previous agency recruitment experience
22. Knowledge of Peterborough's tech ecosystem
23. Established network in one or more of our specialist sectors
