In this role, you'll provide high-level, proactive support to the COO - from managing competing diary priorities, to preparing impactful briefings and presentations, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Main duties of the job
* To provide comprehensive, direct and proactive support to the chief operating officer.
* To ensure the chief operating officer is briefed for meetings, proactively following up actions and helping them to be effective in the full range of their roles and duties.
* Fulfilling a comprehensive executive support manager role, including administrative, secretarial and briefing support, managing the office efficiently and leading on developing briefing packs and presentations as well as managing and prioritising the chief operating officer's diary.
* Providing an environment which promotes effective working relationships with partner organisations and other parties, representing the chief operating officer to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

* Extensive experience of working in a senior PA/Executive Assistant role, including complex diary management and arranging meetings

* Using a wide range of IT office systems including excellent PowerPoint skills
