We're recruiting a commercially driven General Manager / Managing Director for a respected UK group supplying technically specified products to trade and industrial customers. Your Focus Lead the business with full P&L accountability Evaluate and evolve commercial and sales strategy Drive growth through deeper key-account relationships and new business development Lead, motivate and develop an experienced team Identify and deliver opportunities to enhance profitability and operational performance What We're Looking For We're open on product background — success here comes from commercial drive and leadership, not sector-specific knowledge.
