Regional Sales Manager – UK & Ireland

Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week, 9:00am–5:00pm)

Role Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across the region. Your focus will be on developing key accounts in the municipal and industrial sectors, supporting and growing the distributor network, and mentoring the UK Area Sales Executive. The role is approximately 70% business development and 30% distributor support.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a high-performing distribution network aligned with strategic goals.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
* Promote USPs and ensure brand visibility and value proposition are well communicated.
* Support partners in securing high-value opportunities and achieving sales targets.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
* Lead commercial negotiations and ensure smooth handover to internal teams.
* Identify, appoint, and train new distributors.
* Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with partners.
* Represent at regional trade shows and exhibitions.
General Duties
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Monitor pricing and margin strategies in line with business plans.
* Provide post-order commercial support as needed.
* Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity and competitor insights.
* Assist in budget preparation and strategic planning.

Experience:
* Proven success in a technical sales role.
* Experience working with distributor networks.
Education:
* Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

* Ability to mentor and influence others effectively.
