We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Workshop Supervisor to join a busy fabrication workshop in Feltham, West London.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for supervising a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and in line with health and safety procedures. This is a hands-on role where youll be expected to provide both technical support and strong leadership on the workshop floor.
Duties include:

* Supervising and supporting welders and fabricators
