Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to support students with special educational needs at GCSE level, helping them reach their full academic potential.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with SEN at GCSE level
* Adapt teaching methods to meet a variety of learning needs
* Plan, assess, and monitor student progress in line with curriculum expectations
* Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs
* Experience delivering GCSE-level curriculum
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
