The Best Connection is pleased to be recruiting Customer Care Agents on behalf of Wilson James at Birmingham Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for passengers at the very start of their journey.
Working alongside the Airport Operations Team, you'll help create a smooth and welcoming airport experience by meeting, greeting, and escorting passengers through the terminal with confidence, care, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Escort passengers with reduced mobility (and accompanying family) through the airport by foot, wheelchair, or electric buggy
* Assist with passenger luggage where required
* Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults
* Ensure wheelchairs and buggies are clean and operational
* Communicate with Centralised Control via IT handsets
* Complete required paperwork accurately
* Support with any other reasonable duties as required
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-first approach
* Ability to stand and remain on your feet for long periods
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Previous airport experience is beneficial but not essential
Shift Details
* Shifts available Monday to Sunday
* Minimum 4-hour shifts, with the potential to extend up to 8 hours, depending on operational demand
* Start times may vary throughout the week
* Additional shifts available upon request
Pay & Benefits
* 💷 £12.21 per hour
