Job responsibilities Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Hands-on experience and expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field D emonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives Hands On experience in Liquidity & Account Services domain Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experienced in using Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation. Experienced in using Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium or a similar tool is required. Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation. Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB’s delivering in a highly complex, pressurized and high volume environment. Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills. PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structure presentations with minimal input and need for secondary review.
