Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include-
* Overall office management and coordination, including HR and Finance for a team of 6 people
* Completing relevant paperwork for suppliers
* Ordering office supplies
* Finance - Credit control and Bank statement reconciliations
* Booking travel
* EA support to the board
* Arranging team meetings
* Managing sick and annual leave
* Managing front of house
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must-
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Have done a similar role before
* Have a decent understanding of basic finance & invoicing
* Have good time management skills
* A passion for well being and want to make a difference
* Confidence and a positive outlook
