Contact Centre Consultant
Salary: £12.21 Per hours / £25,396 per annum Circa.
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours a week, shifts between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday – (Contracted business hours between Monday – Sunday 7am – 10pm) Weekend working occasionally required.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing a seamless and professional experience to customers across various platforms. You'll be:
* Handling Multi-Channel Enquiries: Responding to emails, answering calls, and managing customer queries via our systems, direct phone communication, email, social media, and live web chat.
* Delivering Excellent Service: Always responding quickly and professionally to ensure a fantastic customer experience.
* Problem-Solving: Utilising your analytical and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
* System Savvy: Confidently navigating IT systems, with basic knowledge of Excel and Word being beneficial.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are ready to make an impact and 'raise the bar' in customer experience. You should possess:
* Excellent Communication: A confident and clear telephone manner, strong literacy, and top-notch customer service skills.
* Problem-Solving Acumen: Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Adaptability: The ability to work within a varied shift pattern (typical hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and 9:30 am – 6:00 pm), with a willingness to cover occasional weekends (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) when required. Our contracted hours operate between 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Foundational Skills: Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. Previous call centre or back-office experience is desirable.
