Must haves
We're looking for an experienced digital marketer with a strong background in SEO, CRO, and paid media. You'll be confident managing budgets, optimising conversion funnels, and implementing targeted campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn. A solid understanding of Google Analytics 4, campaign attribution, and website journey optimisation is essential.
Experience in the education sector or with marketing automation tools like Pardot, Salesforce, and Power BI is a bonus.
About you
You'll be strategic and analytical, with a proactive mindset and a desire to make a real impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven business. You'll thrive on solving complex challenges, reducing acquisition costs, and building passive lead generation engines.
You'll also be collaborative - confident working cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams to align efforts and drive measurable growth. Experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or heatmapping platforms is a plus.
The Role
This is a high-impact role where you'll own and evolve the company's digital marketing strategy. You'll lead on SEO, GEO optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, and paid media performance, with a sharp focus on ROI and reducing cost per acquisition.
You'll also be responsible for improving the digital experience for educators, using data to inform changes and drive better engagement. Key responsibilities include campaign planning, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and developing clear reporting dashboards that link marketing to pipeline and revenue growth.
Company
This award-winning EdTech company supports learners across the globe who are held back by language barriers. Their products are used in schools, colleges, and adult education centres - and their mission is backed by purpose, innovation, and measurable impact.
The team is agile, ambitious, and collaborative. Culture is key here - it's a supportive environment where ideas are welcomed, and impact is valued.
