Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive transcriptionist / secretarial and administrative service to the dermatology clinical team.
* Implement and manage systems for the office/team workload and ensure work is completed within strict timescales.
* Administratively support the medical secretaries, medical team and consultants; utilize audio-typing experience; exercise judgment and initiative to resolve arising problems.
* Work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative; manage a variety of tasks and prioritise accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent Audio-Typing experience
* Good communication skills; ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Proven organisational skills and a strong commitment to personal and professional development
* Ability to provide a strong commitment to improving patient services
