What You’ll Do * Case Management: Review new instructions, monitor deadlines, and manage updates through email and our case management system. * Document Preparation: Draft wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds under solicitor supervision. * Client Interaction: Handle client queries promptly via phone and email, schedule meetings, and collect essential information about assets, beneficiaries, and family details. * File Organisation: Maintain well-structured digital and physical files, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and firm policies. * Administrative Support: Use BigHand to process instructions, type correspondence, and help progress matters efficiently. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with fee earners, contribute to team meetings, and assist with billing and time recording.
