As Head of Design, you’ll be leading the technical function, overseeing the delivery of innovative, compliant, and buildable design solutions.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s design standards and strategy while driving technical excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver project-specific and business-wide objectives Ensure designs are technically robust, buildable, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements Champion innovation and continuous improvement in materials, methods, and digital design tools Drive coordination between design, commercial, operations, and client teams to meet programme and quality expectations Set and uphold clear design standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all workstreams About You: Proven leadership in a senior design/technical role within construction, façade, or architectural sectors Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies Excellent team management and stakeholder coordination experience A detail-focused, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead from the front Passionate about quality, innovation, and collaboration If you're ready to lead design from concept to construction and want to be part of a forward-looking team, we’d love to hear from you.
