GSL Education are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who can make computing, coding, and digital skills engaging while preparing students for technology-driven futures.
Your responsibilities as a Computer Science Teacher:
* Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages.
* Teach programming, computational thinking, and digital literacy concepts.
* Encourage problem-solving, innovation, and independent learning.
* Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and support academic growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and promote STEM engagement.
What You’ll Bring as a Computer Science Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Computer Science within a secondary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of programming languages and current technology trends.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
