Opportunity
We are seeking a lead technical advisor / project manager to further their career and lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams across a wide portfolio of work covering new build, refurbishment, remodelling and carbon reduction schemes. Mace’s integrated multidisciplinary services of design, cost, information management, sustainability and health & safety enable clients to benefit from an end‑to‑end service with a single point of accountability.
Client‑Facing Responsibilities
These roles involve developing the client’s strategy, initial design, contractor appointment and contract management. Projects typically include BIM, off‑site construction, soft landings, social value creation and people and skills development. All projects typically require NZC in operation and sometimes in construction.

* Apply technical expertise in health and safety regulations.

* Coordinate design, consultants and stakeholders collaboratively.
* Maintain accurate plans, records and handover documentation.

Qualifications
* Proven project management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Advanced communication, negotiation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Relevant technical qualifications and knowledge of health, safety and sector regulations.
* Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent certification.
