Our client, a sales and marketing company based in Central Slough, is seeking young-spirited, driven, and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative with full-time availability and fantastic communication skills to start immediately to join their growing sales team due to high client demand. You will receive full client training to understand who you are representing, the business structure, and how you can contribute to business development in the role on offer.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend initial training in the office and participate in ongoing skill development sessions to enhance sales and customer experience, supporting overall business development.
* Learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics, and information to help you communicate effectively with customers.
* Speak with members of the public within residential environments face-to-face to provide brand representation, build brand awareness, and generate sales for the client.
* Provide feedback on locations and sales stats/ratios to help the company optimize their processes for effective business development.
Requirements
* Customer-facing experience preferred but not required; no experience is acceptable.
* Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability and contribute to business development.
* Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Slough (5 days a week)
* Must have strong English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with the public.
