Compensation: base salary $45,000 plus $15,000 in variable commissions, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
* Engage diligently with consumers through hundreds of outbound calls daily.
* Achieve performance targets, focusing on both quality and quantity of interactions.
* Guide users through the advisor connection process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Initiate contact with interested users to arrange advisor consultations.
* Utilize customer service best practices along with scripted interactions for personalized service.
* Maintain accurate records of all user interactions within the CRM system.
* Identify recurring user issues and suggest improvements.
* Contribute innovative ideas and insights to drive process enhancements.
* Participate in team projects as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 1 year in a busy call center environment.
* Experience thriving in a target-driven and metric-focused setting.
* Ability to quickly adapt and respond to users’ needs.
* Strong organizational and time-management proficiency.
