Role We're currently hiring for a CRM Executive to support and shape the CRM strategy across a portfolio of premium and luxury websites. You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager and Digital Trading team to create, deliver, and optimise data-driven campaigns — from email and push notifications to lifecycle journeys and segmentation strategies. This is a hands-on, analytical role where your ability to work with CRM platforms, interpret performance data and collaborate with creative and tech teams will be key to driving engagement, customer value and retention. Person We're looking for someone who’s switched on, driven and excited about owning their work. You’ll ideally come with previous experience in a CRM or email marketing role, be confident working with ESPs and segmentation tools and have an analytical mindset that thrives on performance metrics and testing strategies. A self-starter with a passion for the customer journey, you’ll be equally comfortable managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally. Experience in retail or eCommerce is a bonus, but not essential — your attitude, curiosity and attention to detail are what really count.
