This role is focused on safeguarding critical systems by optimising and innovating within Privileged Access Management (PAM).
What You'll Do
* Design, implement, and manage PAM systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data and services.
* Develop and enforce PAM policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulatory and industry best practices.
* Monitor PAM activities, respond to alerts, and address potential security breaches or policy violations.
* Conduct audits and assessments to identify and resolve security gaps or vulnerabilities.
* Collaborate across teams and regions to strengthen privileged access security baselines.
* Design and implement closed-loop credential management workflows.
* Provide expert recommendations based on leading security standards (NIST, NCSC, etc.).
* Work autonomously on complex projects, gathering information and delivering solutions.
* Mentor and support team members in developing PAM expertise.
What You'll Bring
* CyberArk certification at least Defender level.
* Strong, recent experience in CyberArk administration and configuration.
* Proficiency in Azure AD and familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration platforms (preferably One Identity).
* Expertise in cross-platform scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
* Deep understanding of authentication protocols (legacy and modern).
* Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
* Experience with Web APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
* Familiarity with threat modelling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE).
* Solid understanding of access controls and identity lifecycle management.
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
