We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bedford on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is split across two well-equipped sites and involves working closely with pupils who have a diverse range of learning needs.
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Contract Term: Full time - Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Salary: £20,508.00 (L4 Point 9 to 14, with a pending pay increase of 3.2%)

In this position, you will support all areas of the curriculum and play a vital part in helping our pupils make progress both academically and socially. Our school takes a fun, inclusive approach that values and celebrates every step of achievement our learners make.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will also be responsible for delivering lessons using pre-prepared plans, maintaining a supportive and structured learning environment to ensure consistency and continuity for all pupils.
Key Requirements of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
Ability to Commute to Bedford
Leadership and communication skills
Experience or knowledge of special educational needs is desirable, but full induction and ongoing training are provided
