Essential Criteria:
11. Minimum of 2 years in a technical/mechanical role
12. Clear understanding of performance targets
13. Familiarity with day-to-day activities (housekeeping, H&S, recycling, energy efficiency)
14. Good manual dexterity skills
15. Proactive in solving technical/process issues
Desirable Criteria:
16. A technical qualification in mechanical or production engineering;
17. Familiarity with plastics processing and extrusion experience;
18. Experience of TPM preferably in a continuous processing environment;
