Responsibilities
1. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs related to client data.
2. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the data engineering team.
3. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility for end users.
4. Maintain documentation of data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic to support transparency andernance.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
6. Identify opportunities to reuse existing functionality, simplify processes, and leverage configuration to accelerate solution delivery.
7. Utilise AI and automation technology to enhance the analyst role and share best practices with colleagues.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
8. Proven experience as a Systems Analyst
9. Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.
10. Ability to think from the perspective of internal end users, with a focus on usability, clarity, and business value.
11. Experience working in Agile teams, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
12. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpretplex investment data and identify trends or anomalies.
13. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based dashboards and familiarity with SQL and python for querying and validating data.
