About the role
As our Service Charge Officer, you willberesponsible formanaging service charge accounts across our properties. This role is key to ensuring charges are calculated accurately, recordedcorrectlyand delivered clearly to our customers.
Youllprepare annual service charge budgets and final accounts, issue customer demands andmaintainaccuraterecords.Youllalso ensure all charges are compliant with leases and policies, with clear audit trails in place, and support external audits whenrequired.
