£26,650 FTE (£13,325 pro rata per annum)
18.5 hours per week
Fixed Term until 25th March 2026 or upon the return of the substantive postholder

About the role
The Learner Services team are looking to recruit an Intensive Support Officer to join the Safeguarding team. In this role, you will work directly with students needing safeguarding support, make referrals into external agencies, and provide in-house support. You will support and arrange cross-college safeguarding events. You must be willing to support all sites where required.
About the person
Applicants should hold a minimum level 2 safeguarding qualification and demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge of safeguarding children and young people. The successful applicant should have experience of working as a Safeguarding lead and in multi-agency settings. An understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education is essential.
