Role Summary The Permit to Work Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the permit to work (PTW) system within an organization. This role ensures that all work activities are planned and executed safely and in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. The coordinator works closely with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to guarantee that all required permits are issued, tracked, and completed according to company and legal standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the issuance, monitoring, and closeout of permits to work for all operational and maintenance activities. Ensure all work activities are aligned with the company's safety policies and procedures. Review work scope to identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate risk assessments are completed. Collaborate with different departments, including operations, maintenance, and safety, to ensure seamless communication and efficient permit approvals.
